Senior Major Gifts Officer to design and implement strategic fundraising strategies to secure gifts of $1 million or more annually, enabling the unit to fulfill its mission and implement its programs and initiatives. You will also provide leadership, mentorship, and performance coaching within the unit, ensuring a high-performance team environment.
