 Auburn University Human Resources seeks candidates for the position of Executive Director, Human Resources (Benefits, Payroll, & HR Programs) to lead and direct Auburn University’s employee benefits, rewards, payroll, wellbeing and work life programs, ensuring alignment with university goals and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role will develop and implement an innovative total benefits philosophy and strategy that supports the University’s mission.
