Knowledge, skills and abilities
Considerable knowledge of effective customer service and problem-resolution techniques when serving diverse internal and external customers. Working knowledge of marketing campaign management. Proficiency with PC based marketing and publishing software such as the Microsoft Office Suite to include Publisher, Adobe Suite, flash based media, multi-media, video, web applications, etc. Demonstrated ability to utilize effective web 2.0 communication techniques and tools. Demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize detail oriented work, make workflow decisions, and manage projects independently.
